Frequently Asked Questions

  • Before enrolling, you can register a trial class with us. We'll place students in suitable classes based on their age and academic level after the trial class. Following that, our teachers will provide feedback on your child's level and recommend the most appropriate classes. Additionally, after each class, teachers will send written feedback on the class content, your child's learning progress, and homework assignments. At the end of each semester, students can also arrange evaluations with teachers to review their overall performance, current level, and receive professional recommendations from their teachers.

  • Upon registering your child, you will receive a free student management account, accessible through our website. With this account, you can view upcoming classes, access your class history, and submit homework. Additionally, for your convenience, you will also receive email notifications about your child's learning progress, and you can use WeChat to submit homework.

  • Our small classes not only support academic progress but also ensure that students receive more personalized attention from teachers. Group classes encourage students to learn from each other and progress together.

  • Advantages of in-person learning:

    1. More hands-on learning: In-person classes typically offer more hands-on learning opportunities, including crafts, group projects, and more. Students can actively participate, enhancing their understanding and practical application of knowledge.

    2. Easier social interaction and making friends: In a physical classroom, students find it easier to interact and collaborate with peers, fostering the development of social skills and the opportunity to make new friends.

    3. Reduced distractions: In-person classes provide a better learning environment with fewer distractions compared to online learning at home, eliminating the need for parental supervision.

    4. Real-time interaction: In a physical classroom, students can directly engage with teachers and classmates for real-time interaction, asking questions and receiving immediate feedback.

    5. Comprehensive learning experiences: In-person classes can encompass various educational elements, such as field trips, offering students a more comprehensive learning experience. These experiences enrich students' knowledge and skills.

In summary, in-person classes offer a richer and more interactive learning experience, while online classes have unique advantages, such as flexibility and no commuting, making them suitable for different student needs.

  • Each lesson will be 75-90 minutes in length. There will be essentially no electronic screen time per lesson, except when the lesson requires it we will use up to 25 minutes of electronic screen instruction, this is due to the fact that the teacher may be able to incorporate the advantages of the screen to better teach, such as displaying classroom materials, playing music, etc.
